Jon (JT) Anderson is an experienced director and strategic advisor. He helps organisations develop effective capabilities, held by the people who own them, to meet the complexity of their unique landscape, current and emerging.
Jon's extensive international experience across Europe, APAC, the US and Canada, saw him establish a unique career leading large and complex implementation programmes. Most notably he developed Amazon's global virtual customer service strategy as well as leading the launch and operational integration of new Kindle and Fire devices across the EU.
An award-winning entrepreneur, he's built highly effective capabilities across technology, data management, aviation, energy and built environment sectors, for a wide range of regulated organisations.

Jon holds an honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Abertay, professional certificates in Computer and Data Science from Harvard University, and Data Strategy from MIT; he's expected to graduate Autumn 2027 from Edinburgh Business School with a Master's Degree in Organisational Psychology.
A highly technical practitioner, he's a former pilot and has advanced qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Highlands and Islands. In the early 2000's he held a commission in the Royal Air Force Reserves, and now serves as an instructor with 661 Volunteer Gliding Squadron, RAF Kirknewton.
An active member of the Institute of Leadership, in 2019 he was appointed a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. As founder and CEO of AV8 Flight School, Jon was named Service Industries Entrepreneur of the Year, 2021.
